This place where the elderly live which some might have disabilities the elevator has been broken for more than 2 weeks my mother has lost a medical appointment, Important events because she can’t go downstairs due to disabilities.The date has been changed more than 3 times.In conclusion I find this to be disappointing to the residence that pay rent and can’t even go down to at least get some air. I am leaving this place nothing works the internet goes on and off my mother was dying and she couldn’t call me due to lack of internet. The emergency cable almost never works. I’d rather have her sleep in the cvs nearby

The management here is completely incompetent and disrespectful. My elderly disabled Mother stays here and I routinely come down to visit. During the latest visit while I was there to take care of my Mom after 2 major surgeries, they towed my car the same morning she had complications. We had to call an ambulance and they didn’t give a second thought to jeopardizing someone’s life. Terrible people.

Elevator always down with elderly people needing to use stairs Has improved appearance. Elderly people having to carry food, garbage and laundry up and down stairs, Recently installed new elevator

No pool. Needs some work
