Slum lords! They rely on people desperate to find a place to live. There are no good amenities, the paint job everywhere is terrible, there's always something wrong with something so maintenance is constantly coming in and out of your apartment. If it's not the water being turned off, it's having no heat. And there's the window with the bullet holes they haven't repaired. Insult to injury, they want to charge $35 for parking in an open parking lot. I've had roaches and bed bugs. The rent is OUTRAGEOUS for what you get! Don't do it! I regret living here and I'm moving when my lease is up.
