They helped us in the decision making process to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and to help us through times when we were unsure what to do. They were always available anytime we needed something. Even after the home was completed, they continued to be responsive and helpful as things needed to be touched up. If you are planning on building an Executive home, we believe the quality of a Malibu home is the best in our market.

My experience with Malibu Homes was an exceptional one. The owners of this company and their staff are very professional and provide the attention to detail that one expects in a custom home. The construction superintendents (Aaron and Devin) are always available to answer questions and even though I know from personal experience that no building is perfect, the people at Malibu make every effort to build a home as if it were their own. Their motto "Building Together" is just that. They provide great communication throughout the entire building process!
