If I could leave zero stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend EVO townhomes. We have had consistent problems with our apartment and a lack of communication between the front office and maintenance guys to help with our issues. The day we moved in management had changed so when we came to get our information the leasing office was chaotic and we ended up having to pay extra for certain services we didn’t realize we needed in our name because the management office was unorganized in the material they gave us. The worst part? The fire alarms. There are three in one medium sized room with two of them being very close to the oven. They would go off when we were turning the oven on to preheat!! Update 7/14/25 - After more issues came up, I learned there was a disconnect with the hired security company not reporting my calls to management. Property management has issued appropriate notices to address the neighbors noise and have some evictions in place. Trash is no longer piling up, parking for residents is being addressed and a new security company will be taking over in August. The hallways are less smelly now that the valet trash program outline is posted on the entry doors. ----- Had high hopes for Evo in Elkhorn, especially as a newer property. We moved here for health reasons and expected a quieter environment given the rent price and location. We love it here! I’m have the 2 bedroom townhome. It’s pretty sound proof in my opinion, I’ve had no issue with the unit itself. Any maintenance requests I’ve had has been resolved same day. Overall the community is quiet. Love that they have “poo prints” for dogs so residents keep the grounds poop free. Office staff has been friendly and amazing.

I’ve had a great experience living at Evo. The units are modern, well maintained, and spacious. It’s a quiet community with a clean and safe environment.the management team is responsive and friendly especially Alexis she always help us with any questions. Definitely a good place to call home!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Absolutely no issues, and would have stayed for a long while if I didn’t have to move for wife’s schooling. Townhomes are quiet and office is super responsive and know what they’re doing. Easily the best place we’ve rented with.
