1010 On The Lake: Apartments by Urban Waters

While I've had an overall positive experience living here for nearly 6 years, I want to dedicate this review specially to the maintenance staff. They have always addressed any issue that arises in a timely and efficient manner. I have two dogs that are not kenneled and it's rare that I can be home during the day. It means so much to me that the staff are willing to enter homes with pets they aren't familiar with. I specifically want to recognize Josh, one of the maintenance men, for looking up my dogs names on my profile before coming to ease their anxiety about a stranger entering their home. While I so appreciate their hard work, their kindness makes all the difference.

Lived here for 2 years, only moving to be closer to work. Absolutely loved my unit, the lake, and the staff. Place was always quiet and clean. Never had issues with pests, and if I had a minor noise complaint management would work with me to resolve it right away. Maintenance was super nice and always fast. We never lost power once living here. Storm shelter is a big bonus after that tornado. Move in and move out processes were a breeze. Overall I definitely recommend this apartment and would live here or with any urban waters properties again in a heartbeat!

Communication goes both ways and is almost never perfect. It’s the effort that goes into it that matters to me. My experience with 1010 On The Lake has been great. If I’ve needed something, maintenance or otherwise, it’s been addressed. As for the apartment itself and the facilities, WOW. This place is the best value by far, in the area. And the neighbors take care of picking up after their dogs. I don’t have a dog here yet, but I love seeing them around. Inside and out, it feels like home. Edit: almost 2 years here and still enjoying the lake, the gym, the elevator, and the trash chute!

Wonderful place to live, apartments are roomy, comfortable, quiet, and nicely equipped. Great lake views and wide paved paths for dog walking or exercising. One of the best in Omaha!

I am a future resident in 1 month. I would like to take the opportunity to review Mary and the leasing staff at 1010 for their extraordinary service. Mary is very respectful of your time and is always willing to take a call or a text, even after business hours. Best and easiest leasking experience I have had in Omaha.
