Filled out an application but haven't heard back yet. The lady I spoke with was helpful and polite. Although I am still currently looking for housing, I would love for it to be Malabar Trace that we call home.
Been on the waiting list for a little more than a year. Very nice
Apartments are average, definitely need upgraded. Carpet was old & stained. Had no problems with management
Love the apartments but management is horrible. Rude old lady that’s not worth dealing with to live there, she’s running people away I felt discriminated.
Other than some creep breaking into cars in the early morning, I love it here
