Heatherwood Terrace

Well, I typically don't leave reviews like this but unfortunately I do feel it is needed in this case. The only reason the review is 3 stars instead of 1 is simply because of fair management (Via Olivia Specifically) that made our last few years living here even tolerable. We Lived at Heatherwood Terrace for 6 years. In that time span, our rent doubled. It used to be an affordable place to live until a company from Columbus purchased the property and assumed Mansfield was just like housing in Columbus and skyrocketed our rates. The property is very unsafe, mostly due to the Mansfield Inn and Bar across the street attracting unwanted people to the property. Our vehicles were gone through, and vandalized a few times, with neighbors getting their cars practically destroyed, random people bang

Absolutely fabulous job done. Very nice people. To the point and got the work done fast. Super friendly and I felt like they actually listened to what I had to say! Fixed my light switch and kitchen drawer

I put in a maintenance request a little after noon today for a faucet that decided to stop working. James had the job completed by 2pm! He was very professional letting me know every time he was going to be loud.

Maintenance is awesome. They work fast and they’re super friendly! Huge thanks to Josh and Jake for fixing my water heater! I truly appreciate all the hard work they put in to keep this place running smoothly. And the property manager, Olivia, is so kind and helpful! Thank you all so much!

My bathroom sink drain was clogged. It was absolutely disgusting! James came and cleaned it out, it runs perfectly now!! Thank you James!
