I am in one of his rentals and how it ever passed inspection is beyond me there is so much that needs done. Been waiting on a tub replacement for almost 2 months and it's still draining under the trailer where a colony of stray cats have been living since I moved in last December. I have a severe cat allergy and he refuses to replace the underpinning to keep them out. Now they are in the heat ducts and got them all torn down so my heat is escaping underneath and my gas bill more than doubled in 1 month . His reasoning is his plummer had surgery ... .WELL FIND A NEW ONE. The porches are falling apart, the fridge won't stay shut and the doors have no racks anyways there is a list as long as ali am tall that needs done and I'm just asking for the few major things to be fixed and he won't even

I love Ann and Terry Brown. They are down to earth and easy to talk to. God bless them and Gary, that works with them. And their plumber guy :-)

Absolutely love this company. They have recused my family several times! They are quick and efficient in getting the job done. I am anxious to have them complete more projects around my house. I won't call anyone else!
