I had the pleasure of living at this property from 2021 through 2025, and my experience was truly excellent. The grounds were always well-kept, clean, and maintained with care. Management (Hope) consistently kept residents informed about routine maintenance, property updates, and any concerns brought to their attention. Everything was handled promptly, professionally, and with great communication. I always felt safe in the community, and the neighbors were consistently respectful and friendly. It’s a quiet environment, which gave me peace of mind after long work days. The apartment manager (Hope) was responsive, attentive, and professional in every interaction, which made living there even more enjoyable. Move-in was a success. Hope did an amazing job showing me around during the walk-through. All rules of the establishment were explained prior to signing the lease. All questions were answered in a timely manner. I was mostly impressed by her follow-up and keeping me on time with the onboarding process. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are always willing to answer any questions or concerns. This is the first apartment experience I’ve ever had that feels more like an actual residential home. I look forward to an enjoyable experience here. Best apartment home in the area!

Hope was so helpful and made the application and move in process so easy. The complex is clean and well kept both inside the apartments and in the general areas. I'm so excited to be a member of the major crossing community.

Love Ms. Hope! She’s nice, funny and willing to listen. She takes her time so that people can understand stand. The property is very beautiful, clean and net. Our apartment is so up to date with clean appliances. Easy to work the appliances. Over all, I love this property.

10/10 living experience! Hope is a gem. Super sweet and very helpful. I renewed my lease but decided to downsize from a 2/2 to a 1/1. There was a little bit of a gap in time between my old lease and renewal, but Hope worked it out. A very seamless process. The property is very well managed and maintained (shoutout to Ms. Mel who is a one-woman show!) Great living experience!
