I filled out an app on a house that wasn't even on the market yet do to renovation. When I went to go look at the house they said if I was interested they would prioritize the renovation on the house. So I filled out the app on Friday. Talked to someone one Monday they said they would start the process. Talked to someone the following Tuesday and they had not started on my app. They claim to have lost it. Then they found it and were going to get right on it. Now Thursday yes a week and a half later they still haven't processed my app AND rented the property to someone else. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!!! Now they have agreed to give me a refund but as I can see from other reviews they will agree to a refund but you end up having to fight to get it!! We will see The best thing about this company

I must say I was very disappointed with this company. 1st off Tracy was very nice and professional that's the 2 🌟 🌟 I communicated with Tracy she showed me and my daughter the house we liked it a lot even though it needed some updating and minor repairs. Tracy let us know to go ahead and complete application and send in app fee we did that very soon. Hadn't heard back in a while so we contacted them the office line stays busy then you on hold too long. Person in office contacted my daughter saying owner concerned one of us may move out mind you we've been staying together over 15 years, rental history excellent, we met all qualifications and they said owner is picky we asked if we could meet and talk with him. I’ve been trying to start the process of buying a business this company is advertising on LoopNet and I just get automated messages or no response at all. Very unprofessional. They are obviously not motivated at all to make a deal for their sellers so, beware they’ll let any inquiries about your place of business fall on deaf ears.

Words can not express the gratitude for MSR working to get us into the home that is the perfect fit for our family! Tracey was the first point of contact and she had the best customer service I've ever experienced I started to think she was Ai!! She passed the baton and Stephanie pushed us through all the steps to approval which was seamless....you have to be patient because they work on your behalf on two levels with landlords and the state! Stephanie passed the final baton to Mrs Felicia and let me tell you she stayed on top of everything! MSR follows up and follows through...we are so thankful to be able to say we have a beautiful home incomparable to any of the big wig companies on the market! Thank you ladies for your hard and diligent work. 💕 10 thousand stars for all the naysayers.

I have had nothing but the best experience from the very 1st phone call I made after seeing one of there signs. Everyone is EXTREMELY sweet and helpful. Tracy is who I have spent most of my time talking to and she has been a blessing!! Stephanie and Felicia have also been GREAT!! The move in process was a breeze and I'm LOVING MY NEW HOME!!!!
