Where do I start well let’s just say there unprofessional, I had a notice on my door like clock work I couldn’t do this or that so before moving in ask what you can do without them harassing you . I lived in a lot of apartments but by far this takes the cake it’s crazy they treat as if your stupid and scared and if you move to hell dont let them intimidate you so before moving out maintenance came out took picture said every thing look good, I cleaned both bedroom and living room carpets I got a bill which I was expecting because there pity like that but anyways there was a small red stain on carpet wear and tear yeah right they charged me for living room and bedroom carpet to be replaced almost a 1,000 insane nothing was wrong with living room just room then they had 14 days by law s

Has a directory, so easy to navigate. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful view from main lot. Nice pool. 24 hr laundry facilities.

Worst place ever don’t ever move here I would give zero stars if I could you can’t hang anything up on their precious balcony like a wind chime without being threatened of eviction and they constantly leave notices on the door to inspect the apartments that’s an invasion of privacy in itself no apartment I have ever lived at before did that, and we also gave them plenty of notice of moving out and they come in and check your place out not once, but twice before a move out they only have 14 days after a move out to charge for anything, but they send a letter 5 months after you move out that you owe them for a new carpet even though they used our deposit which is supposed to cover it, they’re way late on telling us we owe them anything and they’re trying to threaten us with a collection bil

I just moved into the apartment. I must say that Every thing is amazing here. I opened my door to my apartment to find in darn close to being perfect. We all have little things that we need done to make our house feel better each item that needed assistance is done in a Flash, office staff on Top of their game here. Maintenance Gentleman here 100% happy with my experience making my move in as. Good as it Gets. I appreciate Everyone’s help with making this possible. Property is Well maintained.Pool and spa sparkling clear water going to be Great this Summer in Tucson is hot. Laundry room has New Equipment Office in remodeling at the moment. I noticed that we have New Grills for the Apartment Community use and a sweet looking Play Ground for the kids . Pleasant surprise! No bugs that I have

100% plus Dedicated helpful office ladies, they went over and beyond to do whatever needed to be done got everything accomplished in 1 day visit, the grounds are so beautifully kept up and maintained with the upmost professional maintenance guy's of pure love of there maintenance workers for the residents behalf. So nice respectful and genuine to the core. Yes yes yes all the way. They never or skipped or missed a call while helping with me in the office. I couldn't be More blessed and happy. Truly thank you.
