This has been a great rental experience. The staff is helpful, efficient, professional and understanding. The payment process is quick and easy, the transaction processes and doesn’t linger in my account. Any work orders are answered within a timely manner, each concern is addressed and handled well. Inspections are a wonderful time to catch up and note where the house and property is and what if any concerns someone might have. For having so many properties to handle, Magnolia is quick to understand any client concerns Kevin in plumbing is highly reliable, professional, and extremely thorough and quick with repairs

Leaving a review because hopefully they’ll actually listen and stop what they’re doing. I’ve looked at some properties with this company. never again. the agents are always late to show up on the group showing. i’m talking about 15 + mins late. And the properties??? TRASHHH. they don’t even clean it after the last tenant left and they still show you around. it happened more than once with different properties being completely disgusting, trash everywhere, old tenants things everywhere, roaches, just trash on trash, i should’ve taken photos but it was so bad i had to just leave the smell was awful. Anyways communication with this company is so terrible. I hope they see this review and actually work on their on their employees professionalism, and actually working on the property they’re ren

Kris was incredibly efficient. He was quick and knew exactly what the problem was after looking at the system. After many other service members were unable to rectify the issue, we are so incredibly grateful that he was able to do so with kindness on top of his professionalism.
