Renee and her team at Westbrook Hospitality are the absolute best. I worked with Renee for several years to manage a few Airbnbs. She and her team did setup, management, marketing, and even served as my agent and helped to sell them. My properties performed above expectations for the market because of Westbrooks excellence and deep knowledge of short term rentals and what works in the local market. If you are looking for a property manager I can't recommend Renee and her team more highly!

As a renter at Trailview Townhomes, managed by Westbrook, I cannot give enough praise. Great layouts, nice amenities, excellent location and a staff that is very responsive. Definitely a thumbs up!

If you are a homeowner looking for a property manager I would not recommend using Westbrook. Renee’s team values their “vendors” over their landlord clients. Multiple accounts of making expensive repair decisions and swindling the landlords by pressuring and hustling for a quick approval by waiting too long to inform the landlord of the issue. She likely takes kickbacks of some sort from her “vendors” otherwise why would they push for the most expensive equipment to be installed when it’s very much not necessary? She does not value your business… RUN!!! In the past couple of weeks I am not the only landlord that has stopped using Westbrook Hospitality.
