We have been in our Reliant home for almost two years and are extremely pleased with our house! Visitors often comment on the high quality and beauty of our home. The Reliant staff was very responsive to us throughout the entire building process and we appreciate their hard work and attention to detail!

We just "closed" on our new home, and I am thrilled to share my incredibly positive experience with Mr. Edgar Chavez, the construction superintendent, and Randy Hudson, the Supervisor of Reliant Homes. Let me say: Edgar and Randy's personable nature, combined with their exceptional attention to detail, makes them invaluable "faces" of Reliant Homes. And I should know since I've worked a different homebuilder in the past.... thus, not my first rodeo... Edgar is as our subdivision's quality control point of contact for new homeowners and who manages the subcontractors. His commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship is truly commendable. I bought a townhome from the Reliant and the experience was like none other. What a great team to work with and they all work well together. Edgar stands out to me the most because he stands behind his work and very professional and friendly while doing so. Everyone at Reliant from the buying team to the general manager and the builder is very knowledgeable. Thank you from a happy homeowner!

Reliant not only did an amazing job building our new home, they went out of their way to accommodate our family in ways that went above and beyond what anyone would expect. Linda and Wayne are great people to work with and our house is perfect!

My first "new construction" home was a Reliant home. The old saying is true, do your homework. Man, I wish I had. Overall, I'm okay with my house, but just ok. Once that 3 month honeymoon period wears off, and you start to notice the cheap materials, shoddy craftsmanship, and inattention to detail, the small things start to add up. Things like the toilets not being square to the wall, (had to fix myself), walls that aren't flat, floors that are not level, tiles that aren't even, water leaks due to poor tiling. The worst thing though, by the time you notice all of these things, or the symptoms start showing up, oh well....you're out of warranty, sorry. Definitely a builder that cares only for their bottom line, and not for providing a truly well-built home for a family to grow in.
