Magnolia Landing Apartments

I have considered posting this review for quite awhile. It seems so personal to me. Our living space is supposed to be... First let me say the apartment finishes are beautiful. Except the floors. They were done poorly and management says they will fix them but it's been months and they have not. The floors have this goopy stuff coming out of the cracks. It is dirty, sticky and GROSS. See picture. Perfect example of poor management. If they don't care about their own property they probably don't care about you. now you will notice in the pictures, my bed frame in my bedroom is empty because my mattress is on the living floor. I have a ridiculously loud tenant above me in the 2nd bedroom and management here will only help you with obnoxious and loud neighbors during office hours according

When me and my fiancée signed our lease we were promised and told multiple times that we would get off $200 our second month. The second month came around and they pushed it back another month. Once again when the third month came into the picture they stated “yall aren’t getting $200 off that’s only for the other party that referred yall”. Keep in mind this is also after they promised us 10x we would also be getting $200 off. This apartment complex obviously doesn’t know what they’re talking about when it comes to certain things. Wouldn’t recommend.

My experience with this apartment complex has been consistently disappointing, primarily because of the performance of the office staff, specifically Paige and Sherry. Throughout my interactions with them, I have encountered repeated issues with poor organization, unclear communication, and a lack of follow-through. These problems have made even routine requests far more difficult than they should be. As a resident, I expect a basic level of professionalism and competence from those managing the community, but that expectation has not been met. The property itself has potential, but the management team’s ongoing inability to provide reliable support significantly affects the overall living experience. If you like being close to the beach, this property is definitely your spot! Extremely close to Gulf Shores but tucked off the main roadway. Lots of things to do locally and great schools nearby. The property is well maintained and is currently undergoing an expansion. There are quite a few restaurants close by to choose from if you like going out too.

Sherry at the office has been fabulous to work with!! I moved into Magnolia Landing in August of 2024. This is was my first time living on my own, so the process was very confusing, but Sherry explained every little detail and managed my 700 calls a day with ease. After a year of being here, I have decided to downsize to a 1-bedroom. Sherry has helped us through every step of the transfer process, and continues to work hand-in-hand with us even after signing all of the needed paperwork. The pool & grounds are very well maintained, and the complex as a whole is clean & safe. So glad to have found Magnolia Landing, and very grateful for all of Sherry's help!
