Magnolia Creste Apartments

Where do I start? From beginning to end, Ms. Deiedre has been absolutely amazing. She is professional, caring, and very hands-on when it comes to helping your family find exactly what they’re looking for. She truly listens and genuinely cares. Any questions I had she answered thoroughly and in detail. Getting in touch with someone at Magnolia was never difficult, and the application process is simple and straightforward. The apartments are simple but beautiful and very clean. Each time ive come into the office the environment of the apartments, were peaceful and well-maintained. I’m so happy to have found these apartments in Hiram, GA — my favorite part of Georgia! I’m excited to bring my family here for a fresh start, and my mind and heart are truly at ease. Deiedra Burkes was so helpful and kind! She took me on a walk in appointment and walked me through the application process with expertise. She made sure I didn't have any questions and seemed to genuinely enjoy working with me. I think I will enjoy making Magnolia Creste my new home!

I didn't realize my air conditioning unit was not working until around 4:30 on Friday evening. As my apartment started getting warm I panicked, Thinking there was no way maintenance would be able to get to me at the end of the day before the weekend. I put my maintenance report in around 4:40. Maintenance was out around 5:15 took him 20 minutes and my air was working again and cold as ice.

I just want to say I Lived here at Magnolia Creste for about 13years and I have never had any complaints. When I need maintenance they are there and get the job done and they are very respectful. And I also think that if you have children it is a very peaceful and nice place to raise them. I like that they keep the grounds clean and clear for your Children to play. I love living here it is peaceful and Quiet. I would recommend some body to Live here at Magnolia Creste .

While they are nice enough, these are not income based apartments. They are tax credit only. If you’re trying to find income based housing with SSI this is not the place.
