Magnolia Bay Apartments

I enjoyed my first few months living in magnolia bay apartments. The rent was extremely affordable and it was nicely built with brand new carpets and appliances. Shortly after moving in, we started to come across some major issues. One was the parking situation was very limited. To the point where people were regularly parking in fire lanes and blocking other parked cars in. Though I've found that there has been additional parking added since my leave. The major problem though, was the insect issue. I can't speak for the other buildings, but our entire building was infested with small wood roaches. Most likely due to the demolition of some the surrounding woods for the new parking structure. We laid down traps and bombed as often as we could but to no avail. They have people to come and sp

I lived at Magnolia Bay for a year. Karen the office manager was very kind . The grounds were well kept. Maintenances was very prompt when we called them. . Very nice place to live.

Located at a walking distance from shopping center, movie theater, restaurant and other public facilities. Good management and affordable rent.

Last time I came here was 2 years ago .I decide to come back and check it out again iam so happy I did been here for 6 months and love it ...Everyone here is great and keep to themself and it's great ....quite and nice....Staff are the bomb and they go out of their way to help you that's great....love it here...still here ..still loving it ...great place to live...almost year..thank God I found this place...
