Sugar Sands 243 is our most favorite unit. This is our second time staying in this unit and will not be our last. Coastal Realty was great to work with, we even ended up staying an extra night without any issues. Every detail inside the condo is so thoughtfully done. The balcony has the best views and the updated furniture is fantastic. We hate to leave but look forward to returning soon!

My wife and I have owned a condo at Sugar Beach Condominiums for over 22 years now. We left our previous Reality Company to join Patrick McKoon at Coastal Reality Vacations in late in 2024. More than anything else, we appreciated the personal attention we've received from Patrick. With that said, we've enjoyed the best six months of bookings we've ever experienced in the years we've owned our condo. And that's with a not so good economy. Patrick is in constant contact with my wife and I about good news concerning our partnership and suggestions on how to make it better. We couldn't be happier with our decision to partner with Patrick McKoon and Coastal Reality Vacations.

Wife’s review: Great beach house! Loved the view from the deck. Easy access to the beach. The upstairs was perfect for our 3 kids. Will definitely be back! Husband’s review: Absolutely no reason for the unassuming wooden chair downstairs to be that comfortable. Was my favorite spot the entire week.

Two stars only because you're right on the beach and the pools are well kept. BEWARE of CONDO 110 @ Sugar Beach Condos. Check the mattress and if it looks new or clean, you're welcome! The entire bed looks like someone peed and/or bled on it. Patio door doesn't lock, but they did supply a piece of wood. Bathtub didn't have a plug, kitchen cookware is rusted and scraped up teflon, comforter was stained and dirty upon arrival, ceiling leaked into the condo and all over my son's carseat, but they blame it on the owner above... The list is endless. I looked at 3 condos across from us and they were all beautiful. A little bit of effort goes a long way. Patrick - do better. The condo screams slumlord.

We are owners of a beachside condo in Orange Beach, Alabama. We chose Coastal Realty to manage our property and couldn’t be happier. They are always professional and very responsive to any needs, problems or concerns by us or our renters. They inspect our condo between each booking to make sure that it is immaculate and that every thing is in perfect order. Our bookings have increased dramatically since they took over managing our property. Would absolutely recommend them.
