I rented from Ed at Magic City Property Management for a little over a year. It was the absolute best rental experience I have ever had. Ed and his office staff are incredibly friendly, understanding, and helpful. Any time we had an issue with the property (which was not often - roof being replaced, deck being destroyed by windstorms), Ed was extremely helpful and addressed concerns quickly. I did not have any issues upon moving out and receiving my deposit back. The circumstances of our move out were very spontaneous, and nothing went according to schedule. However, all of the folks at MCP were accommodating and understanding. If I move back to Billings and need a rental again, this will be the first company I look to. Thank you, Ed, for giving us a wonderful home to live in for a year!

I just got off the phone with Ed. What a down-to-earth honest man! I have a nice 2 bedroom home on 4th and Yellowstone. It is in great condition and would rent very quickly. He could have easily talked me into renting my home and made some fast money. However, after spending 45 minutes on the phone with me, he asked if he could give me his honest opinion. He felt that it might be better for ME to sell, since I was planning on moving out of the country. How many people, nowadays, will give you advice that loses THEM money? I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do, BUT if I do decide to rent my home, I will definitely use Ed and Magic City to manage my property.

Wonderful experience so far dealing with Magic City Property Management. In a little over 3 hours we where approved and allowed to start moving in! They are so nice and help in any way possible! Definitely will continue to rent from them as long as I can.

They said they would work with me as far as my credit went if I dropped a double deposit. Never let me view the property and then pocket the $30 app fee. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They tried to say that I lied about what was on my credit report when I receipts showing what I paid. I was highly racially profiled.
