From the very first moment, they made us feel welcomed, heard, and truly supported throughout the entire process. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help made all the difference for our family. Thank you for guiding us with such dedication, for answering every question with care, and for helping us make something so important a reality. Today we can happily say that we were able to rent our new home, and it would not have been possible without you. We are not only moving into a new home, but we are also walking away with a beautiful experience and gratitude for such wonderful people who genuinely love what they do. I moved out of this apartment about a year ago and had a very disappointing experience with the move-out charges and how the office handled my concerns. I was told that the cooktop had to be replaced, even though it was in excellent condition and barely used. When I asked for the receipt, I was later informed that the receipt they mentioned was actually for a different apartment. I was told I would receive proper documentation by mail, but I never received anything. They deducted a large amount from my deposit — about $1,700 in charges — and only refunded $1,200, stating it was due to a small hole in the wall. We hated this place so much. We lived on the second floor and moved out recently. Whenever someone vacuumed you could hear it, insulation between apartments is terrible. Management is a hit or miss, the phone never gets answered. The pet waste disposal only got changed so often. There’s so may other places to move into around the area… save yourself a headache. The negative comments I read are right on point.

I've been living at Madison Pointe for a while now, and with time, you really get to see whether a place is truly good or not. What sets Madison Pointe apart is its exceptional customer service. You truly get to know a community during the hard moments, not just the easy ones and that's where Madison Pointe shines. Angelica, Samantha, Alysson, Alberto, and the entire team are amazing. They're not just polite and professional, they genuinely care. They approach every situation with kindness, respect, and most importantly, empathy for the residents. I would definitely recommend Madison Pointe to anyone looking for a place to live in Daytona Beach. In my opinion, it’s the best place to live in the area.

The apartments at Madison look super clean and well-maintained from the moment you walk in.
