We recently moved out of Madison Place because we bought a house, but otherwise, we would have stayed indefinitely. This apartment complex is exceptional in many ways. The spacious floorplan and beautiful bay windows make the apartments feel open and bright. The quality build materials used throughout add a touch of elegance and durability. One of the standout features is the stunning landscaping, which is meticulously maintained and truly enhances the overall ambiance. The common areas are always clean, thanks to the attentive cleaning staff who take pride in their work. The office staff at Madison Place are rockstars. I have lived in several apartment communities and can confidently say that Madison Place has the best quality units around. The detail and spacious layout are great, along with the fact that you hardly hear your neighbors at any time of day. The buildings are always clean inside and out and there is a lot of attention to upkeep of the property. Snow removal is always easy, and maintenance requests are filled quickly. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and would recommend the community to any family or friends looking to move to Southborough!

We called to see if virtual tours were offered. We were told just no. They don't. Very unprofessional and did not take the time to see perhaps why we might need one or if there was a workaround. You should probably start offering these as you are leaving yourself wide open for a lawsuit if someone needs a reasonable accommodation as such.

Been living here for 6 months now. Highly recommend. Apartments are built well. Very good size. The staff here is great. Easy to reach. Honestly one of the things that stick out is the snow removal through the winter. Timely updates. Lot is cleaned well (to the point where I want certain how much snow fell one night). Apartments and area is well maintained. Glad I moved here with my growing family.

I just wanted to share my experience, as I lived at the Madison pl in Southborough for 3 years, the units are very good size and very comfortable, also I would like to congratulate Brixmor for the team they have in Southborough, they are extremely nice and helpful, especially the community's manager Mark. Thank you guys for the great experience, and I will always recommend others to move into your apartments.
