Very happy with my experience with Ferris Development so far at the Beehive on Route 9 in Southborough. My primary contact person has been Aeriela, and she has always been incredibly responsive, pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. All of my other interactions with everyone I've communicated with there have been similar. There have been a couple of times where I've needed to pop in their office, and the overall "buzz" "vibe" felt like the staff had a good rapport with each other, which is incredibly important for a solid work environment. I have always had the utmost respect for the drive, character, and vision of David Ferris, and kudos to him for being engaged with the community, open to feedback, and for having a great addition to our beautiful town. I have been renting coworking space at the Ferris building at 118 Turnpike Rd in Southborough, and have been very happy. Aeriela was very flexible in meeting with me to provide multiple tours, she was patient as I worked through selecting an office space, talking through design ideas from many furniture options, and even making sure to have a new desk brought into my office before I moved into the space last month. The building is filling up with tenants, so there has been some construction and learning curves to deal with. When I had trouble connecting to the coworking internet, Madi was able to get on the phone with the ISP and resolve it very quickly. My experience with Ferris Development has been amazing. To start, we were able to agree on a reasonable rate. They also completed a flawless build out in a very short period of time. The construction team stayed on schedule with frequent updates. After receiving our certificate of occupancy, there has not been one issue we have had that Ferris Development has not addressed immediately and efficiently. They have the best property management team I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for commercial space!

I’m a tenant of Ferris Development and have had a very positive experience. The team is very attentive and we are always replied to in a timely manner. Any repairs we needed were done very quickly and professionally. The building is always very clean and well kept. They did our new office build out and it’s great.

I just experienced a sea side retreat inside a Ferris Development location. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had on the Cape. The space served the retreat purpose perfectly, everyone who spent the night were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the house ready to go. A truly great experience. Would definitely stay again.
