Very poorly managed During closing they talk very nicely, but warranty is very poor. I learned some of the material used like flooring are not up to the standard. I do not recommend anyone to deal with this builder. In case you really want then make sure that you add clause for warranty items.
I have to say I’ve been at Bailey Pond for one year, and very happy in my townhouse. If I have any questions Kellie will come by and help out. She is amazing and such a hard dedicated worker. Thanks!
They do not disclose all the details regarding HOA fees. Our HOA fee is going up by 40 percent. In addition they left with a budget deficit
