Madison Park Apartments

We have been in Madison Park apartments for over 3 years and that already tells you that we are pretty content with this place. We haven't received any house violations and we are always asking questions before we take a decision as we are aware of the many many rules the Tomlinson's Association has. Heidi has been very understanding of our family needs and has given us the help we have requested. We recently went through some paperwork issues and Heidi provided so many sources for us to have the correct document to help us out and we did not even set an appointment with her first. Compare to other normal (non-subsidize housing) expect many rules because this is how government housing are built. We have been here for about 2 1/2 years and it has been fantastic. It is subsidized housing so there are alot of rules but Hedi, the manager is amazing to work with. If you have any questions she is very nice and prompt to respond. On top of that maintenance is done very quickly, either the same day or next. And the maintenance guy knows what he is doing. Would highly recommend living here. As long as you follow the lease you will have no problems.

This is subsidized housing, but you’re better off paying $750 a month somewhere else than dealing with the management at this place. My husband and I lived here for about 1.5 years and had nothing but problems. We are responsible tenants. We paid rent and followed the rules. We are not Karen-ish people and don’t have unrealistic expectations for section 8 housing, but we do want to be treated with respect and decency and we want to be able to depend on the lease agreement (which differs from the resident handbook in many places). The management and maintenance team is at best nit-picky and insolent and at worst discriminatory, merciless, and disregarding of their own misdoings.
