Madison Gardens

The staff working at the office are seriously some of the nicest around. They helped my application process and made it so much easier. Still waiting for an approval, but I really want to live here the apartments are beautiful and it just overall seems nice.

relocated to Madison Gardens last week, and have nothing but great things to say thus far - Luz provided excellent communication throughout the application process all the way through to move-in date. The community is beautifully maintained, quiet, and the price for the apartments in relation to size and neighborhood convenience is excellent, as this is what attracted me in the first place. Apartment is even fully upgraded with excellent storage, and a new AC unit provided in living room. Great experience thus far! :)

I have been a tenant here for 10yrs. It is the best pricing in the region, and floor plans are more ideal than most. The maintenance team has always addressed our concerns within 48hrs and they have a fast-responding snow gang. It's great to know landlords still care about their tenants. Thank you always to Ian who is a superb superintendent!

I have lived in Madison Gardens for many years. Never really had a serious issue until recently in my apt. Ian was very helpful and patient with us. He took his time to listen to my concerns. He took the necessary steps to help us in our situation. He made us feel at ease. The people that works at the office were very helpful as well. Luz is friendly and will do what she can to help you. Be patient with the people that works at the office. I never really had any problems living here. Thank you again!

Luz and Ian are great !!!! Luz was great and helpful with the process application and showing the model apartment ! Love the updated apartments it’s beautiful and peaceful complex well maintained and the workers respond swiftly to any work orders ! I needed help and called the office and Ian assisted me he was so sweet and took time and even called me back and continued to help me with my questions I had .
