Madison Arms

**November 17, 2025** It is bonkers only getting a response from dwindling Google reviews, but here we are... I'm in a building with known roof issues (Building 4, the roof collapsed a few years back). Our ceiling has leaked in 1 bedroom & our kitchen. The kitchen was so long ago that I forget when they said they'd "be back next week" but it was months ago. That's the pic with the blue-ish mesh & overhead light in the middle. The bedroom leak started October 30th, was immediately reported. They put up plastic tarp and said they'd "be back next week" Reached out to Christine on November 3rd for follow-up... I have been a resident in Madison Arms Apartments for a little over 12 years now. I really enjoy the complex. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. It is a dog friendly property and has a tucked away feeling that offers the vibe of escaping the rest of the world for a while. Though the property is owned by a company, you really do not interact with them. You do, however, interact with the on property staff. In the last few months I have interacted with the entire team in various ways. The office person, Christine, has become a daily drop in for my dog and Mark, Kenny and James have helped me with different items in my apartment over the last few months and have completed their work professionally and cleanly. Had a great experience at this apartment complex. Although close to busy roads, it is very quiet and safe. Maintenance requests were answered extremely promptly. Property is maintained very well and the units are spacious. Best of all, Christine is absolutely a joy to work with and extremely welcoming to our first apartment in NJ.

The whole process of getting approved and moving in was seamless! Christine was amazing and super helpful and always available during this process! The apartment is great and perfect for my fiancé and I and our fur babies. Would highly recommend anyone looking 🤍

I have lived in Madison Arms for 4 years back to 2000 and here I am here again. Of course the office team has been changed but so far I have met 2 great persons: 1-Kenny who showed me the apartment and also showed understanding to my requests to make a necessary touch up to fit my furniture. 2- CHRISTIEN BIEN who walked me through the whole process. She answered all my questions, did not hesitate to allow communication on her cellphone after hours, replied promptly even on the day of her vacation .......but the most unique thing about Christine is that she cares about both the corporate and the applicants in the same time. She follows the company policy to approve and pick the right new applicants and in the meantime she does not lose those applicants who have unique situations. She tri
