Based on your income, it's only a year lease, they didn't renew our lease, due to having many violation slips on things that are assumed we did, there way is when somebody complains, you get a white slip of paper on your door assuming complaints are either done or said, try to talk with Chrystal about the papers, she's hardly in the office or returns calls, to talk to her about the violations, she only one sided. Doesn't want to communicate in person with her tentants. I'm disabled in a wheelchair, now having to move plus trying to find a place with handicapped access again. So if you do decide to move in here, just be careful she has a few select people who are tenants that are her rats so to speak.
