Update: came last Thursday 2/5/2026 to look at our kitchen stove said yep it needs fixed or replaced haven't heard a word since! Emailed and nothing! I have 3 children and a disabled mother in law living here and just an oven and one burner to cook with! Joke of a rental company! Have rented from them since June of 2025 have the lease in my hand with my name on it and they say I'm not on the lease. They don't fix anything unless you email or call multiple times and when their .50 cent maintenance man does reply he ask if you've fixed it yet smh piss poor company!

My 80 year old aunt and 56 year old disabled cousin rent from them currently. They only moved in September 1st Its been one issue after another. They are rude and you have to call multiple times to get anything done. If I could find them another place they could afford they would be out of there.

David and Kerri are great people. I’ve had no issues since renting from them a few months ago!

They stole $400 of my $800. holding fee. They held it for less than 10 days and would not give my $ back. No papers were signed or anything. David Montgomery and his mother Cheri Montgomery are the thieves. Merry Christmas

They raise your rent without keeping promises to clean up the trailer park. We have neighbors constantly keeping 20 people in one trailer causing trouble. Trash everywhere. Nothing gets done.
