Breckenridge Estates Apartments

I had the pleasure of working with the wonderful staff installing the community washers and dryers. Great people, very friendly and down to the Earth.Clean establishment and just overall great experience highly recommended

I'm a flooring installer, and I have been sub-contacted out on a few of the units here to replace the vinyl, carpet & padding, that said, these apartments are very nice, and I would recommend, the owners are very good to work for and the maintenance crew is pretty decent as well, if your thinking of living here, you definitely should. "Trust me" I see ALOT of apartments complexes, this one of the good one's

We love living here these past 5 years! The apartments are clean , roomy, airtight, well taken care of outside and in. If there are problems that arise (with blinds, DW, etc.) the maintainence guy takes care of it right away and efficiently. We are located near many of Lawrenceberg's businesses and the neighborhood is quiet. The outside is kept up well via yard crew and maintainence team. The only negative we have to speak of is that the rent has gone up each year we have been here - I hope it is ready to level off!

Just a small repair needed, but Josh did his job with a smile on his face. He is definitely a credit to your company.
