MAA Val Vista

I’ve been really happy living at this apartment community. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. Every time I walk into the leasing office, it smells amazing, and it instantly puts me in a good mood. The condition of my apartment is excellent, and everything has been well-maintained. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend living here!

In the 1st month I have lived here I have had 2 packages go missing, weed being smoked in the buildings and police activity on my floor. It took a month to get my required trash can and I still haven’t had my move in maintenance completed. As for the packages, one I got back eventually as a resident took it and opened it on “accident”. The second was actually stolen from the package room. The office has video evidence of it being taken by another resident but the response was “the person took it on accident thinking it was their and that they took it back to the package room but don’t remember when.” I’ve checked daily and never seen it in the room. I love this apartment so much! It wouldn’t be what it is without Kenzie and Tallon and all they do for the community with their events they host through apartment life and helping meet all our neighbors as well as making it such a fun living environment to be in! I also look forward to every event they put on as it’s always something new and exciting to make friends and enjoy all the apartments amenities to the fullest🫶🏽🫶🏽

We just happened to drive by and went in to check out the place. We were so impressed with the leasing managers and the amenities. The cafe next to the leasing office was the first wow factor, and from then on, all the good stuff just kept adding up, from the 24-hr gym to the pool and bbq stations to the pizza oven. This place has got it all. But what we were most impressed with are the people working with us, Samantha and Annalisa. They were unbelievably accommodating and welcoming. We have rented on and off for over 2 decades and have never seen leasing managers this nice. You cannot go wrong with this place.

I stopped by the Too Sweets café located inside the NOVEL Val Vista leasing office and had the pleasure of interacting with Samantha. Even though I wasn’t touring or looking for an apartment, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She made the space feel inviting and was genuinely kind during our interaction. It really says a lot about the community when staff treats everyone with such warmth, regardless of why they’re there. Samantha is a great representation of NOVEL Val Vista!
