MAA Lyon's Gate

The maintenance workers are pretty great. My husband and I prefer for one of us to be home when they come by and do any repairs. They were very patient and even allowed me to talk face-to-face with them and let them know that I’d be home and they were able to head over to my apartment and do the maintenance needed.

I was looking between two MAA properties and started out at Sky View first. Rachel from the beginning was so sweet and caring to me! She immediately made me feel right at home. I originally told her I was wanting to look at Lyon's Gate and she was able to pull up their information, specific units I was looking for, and gave me a cost break down of that property which was amazing and so helpful to me. Because I was so comfortable, I looked at the Sky View property and units too. Rachel did not push me to make any decisions between both properties and told me to look at Lyon's Gate to see which area I'd be more comfortable in. Rachel was amazing hands down. She personally called Teri over at Lyon's Gate to let her know she was was sending me her way to look at the specific units we went over

Lyon’s gate is great from a location perspective being across the street from the epicenter/agritopia. The property is well maintained outside of occasional dog feces left uncleaned by tenants. The space inside the units are nicely carpeted with ample windows and storage. The amenities are great with a large pool and hot tub, a nice gym and other gathering space, grills, and various games. Parking is covered if you rent here with ample spots for visitors. The price of the units fluctuates frequently so make sure to monitor before committing to a price.

We love living at MAA Lyon’s Gate! Teri did an amazing job helping us get settled into the apartment. The property is well kept! The maintenance team is phenomenal! I also want to thank Greg on the maintenance team who helped us in an emergency maintenance situation and he came late in the evening to take care of the situation. The staff is very friendly and caring.

I have been living at the Edge at Lyons Gate since 2018, and I love living here. The location is great at the corner of Highley Road and East Ray Road in Gilbert, Arizona. The apartment complex is very clean and well-maintained. There is a nice gym and swimming pool. The ladies at the office are very helpful and friendly, and the maintenance requests are always answered promptly and efficiently. The area is quiet and safe. Dunkin Donuts is right at the corner of the complex. The post office, Wells Fargo Bank and the Corner Store (convenience store and gas station) just across the street. There are several restaurants and food places a few blocks away, as well as grocery stores and drugstores. Medical offices, gyms and other businesses are a few minutes ride away.
