MAA Indigo Point

My home away from home is the absolute best! From the moment I turn in at MAA Indigo Point I always have a big smile on my face, because of the beautiful property, because of the friendly and loving staff, who don't just tell you they care, they show it. I came in with a list of things to do for me to be happy living here, and they check off everything on the list, and in a prompt and professional manner. This is no cheesy review, I don't do fake, my words are real. And I don't think enough people leave a review when things are going well, and that is sad. Give folks their flowers now. I wanted to wait at least 2 months before giving my review. I moved in towards the end of November and I must say, this is a wonderful community. It's so clean & the staff Jennifer & Leo the maintenance guy are like family. And that is what you want when you are looking for a new home. My neighbor Mary and her husband have lived here for 17 years that's alone speaks for its self. They are the best neighbors you would ever want to have. I'm so appreciative to be living here and if your name was not mentioned. I can't remember all names but this 5 stars goes to the whole staffing company love Dawn!

I’ve been living here for almost a year now. It’s a great community where you’ll know your front office and maintenance staff by name. Work orders are completed very quickly (Shout out to Leon, Leon and Ruzlan). I can’t forget about the ladies in the office (Renee, Ashara, and Jennifer) they are always friendly and smiling when I drop by to say hello. The customer service is amazing and it continues even after you’ve moved in. There’s also a nice park right across the street that my son loves to play at. Overall, a great community in a very convenient location!

I just moved here and i loveee it ! Its very quiet and relaxing. And as a woman i feel comfortable walking my dog at anytime of day. The maintenance is fast and efficient! All the leasing staff is amazing they make everything very easy. The property is clean and beautiful! 10 out of 10

Jennifer and Renee are amazing to work with. They provide such wonderful customer service in my entire experience has been delightful. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call Home and feeling comfortable and walking into the office.
