So helpful, friendly made the move in process as easy as possible. Have been my go to for finding places here I just moved from out of state. Love the entire place very clean quiet even though it's an apartment complex

The only good part was that they let me out of my lease.The volleyball court is a giant liter box for all the cats.The bins for the dog poop is always overflowing. The apartment was full of mold and the floor was about to fall thru. Put in for matinece ticket and they just mark it as complete.The woman who works in the office is useless. For a year an a half they couldn't fix a toilet that ran water 24/7 but that's okay I fixed it myself

I’ve been here for three months now, and my experience has been very positive. I really like the neighborhood and the overall atmosphere. I feel safe here, and the team does a great job keeping us updated on community activities and resident events. I truly enjoy living here. C. Smith has also been wonderful to work with.

I’ve been living here since August and I must say I’ve lived in a lot of places but this one is by far the best. From Ashley in the leasing office to Ethan and Dominic holding it down in maintenance. They are on top of everything the second I ask for something it’s handled within a day. They truly care about the residents and ensuring we are happy!!

Absolutely loved the tour with Chelsea! She showed us multiple units to find the exact one to fit our needs and answered all of our questions and concerns. We are new to PCB and had many questions about the area and was so helpful. Very thankful for her being here!
