Valeria Gerkey was awesome to work with! She was very patient with me as she helped me learn my way around Greenville and zero in on the area where I wanted to live. After 6 months of showings, we finally found THE HOUSE. Before I could come to see it in person, I was grounded by an accident. Valeria took charge and did a virtual showing for me, ratified my contract from a distance, was there for the home inspection and final walk through, and everything in between.
