Lyons Walk Apartments

Subpar management office, nosey neighbors that will call the cops in a heartbeat if a coin falls from your pocket, subpar maintenance of the apartments, paperthin walls, no pool, subpar pest control, parents barely control their kids. Their not it or control, just not supervised really. Only positives are the acceptance of HUD rent, and they are at least mostly clean. Mostly. No one seems to mind the smell of herb, that's a positive, and it's not "hood" Management needs some serious customer service training. They are lazy as hell, it's pathetic.

Been on the property for almost 3 years. Haven’t had any issues with Mgmt & Maintenance is consistent. Complex is quiet unlike most others. Not much police presence here. Riff Raff non existent. Usually clean around the property from litter. I see no issues here so far. 👍🏽

I like it here! It's a nice, quiet, and enjoyable place to call home. Very spacious apartments. Love the walk-in closets! I enjoy listening to nature's tunes at night. The sounds of the frogs singing during the night is so relaxing! Shopping centers and schools are literally like 5 - 10 minutes up the road! Very convenient for my family and I. The playground could use some clean renovations or upgrades for children to play without getting any type of injuries. The play area could use a fence to keep small children from running off and parents losing site of them. The fence would also keep people from walking their pets on the playground. I have seen quite a few people allow their dogs to urinate and poop in the playground area. Overall I really enjoy being a tenant here! I look forward to

It was kids some kids fighting I live here for 11 years and it was threats and kids smoking and people yelling at each other and kids smoking and people knocking on doors and running and it was a whole crowd of people fighting and 2021 and 2022 and 2023 and 2024 and 2025 it was just straight up fights and kids trespassing
