Lyons Estates

I moved in and the apartment wasn’t even clean I had to clean the apartment then came in to the first night and seen roaches. I finally got that under control. Sitting outside today and guess what I see a mice playing around in the parking a lot and then run up by my door. I’m so upset I never had any bugs or rodents til I moved here I’m a very clean person I really think this apartment complex need to get some professional exterminators to come out here and get to the problems before they get to bad and there nothing they can do. My neighbor said they been here for some years and they been having issues with these things and no one ever did anything. Plz do something about this I don’t want to move and just got here 2 wks ago. The manager in the office is great she just got here so you ca

Ms. Tay has truly been the best apartment manager. She makes living here a breeze. Her professionalism is unmatched.

I live in these apartments have been here for over 15 years. New management again, my commode is frozen, can't call them on the phone, and manager hardly ever here. Called management company Pegasus and no one answers there, they will get back to me within 48 hours. I'm not going to fight it trying to thaw lines I'm 70 years old. Going to call housing. Don't come here, save yourself problems.
