Lynn York Apartments

I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment. The place is heavily infested with mold, which made it unsafe and uncomfortable to stay in. The apartment looks extremely old and rundown, with outdated fixtures and a lack of maintenance. The carpets are filthy and desperately need proper cleaning. There's nothing luxurious or even close to that about these apartments—it's quite the opposite. The owners seem dishonest and untrustworthy, and the staff managing the property are unprofessional and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Mold been growing all they ever did was paint over it, walls and ceiling falling apart . The never wanted to fix anything had to complain to higher management to get things done. Also, allot of items from my apartment stared to be missing and i know for fact they were going into my apartment with out my knowledge. The maintenance guy Mike is very awesome and kind guy the only one who have sense. BUT DONT RENT FROM HERE ALL THE CARE ABOUT IS RENT NOTHING ELSE

Wish I could give this property zero stars. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!The walls are so thin, the property management in Hackensack is useless and rude, watch out for Ann and Christine, they're evil, racist and demeaning. They don't care about their tenants, only about collecting rent. If you try to complain to management about things that should be resolved, they'll instead tell you to move out and constantly try to kick you out!!!Watch out for all the supervisors at this site:Anthony, Sofia, they enter people's apartment without any emergency or notice!!!

A police Man that stay in one of the buildings over there gives people tickets unnecessarily. He literally sits and watches you park then gives tickets for parking on the street. I guess he knows all the residents' cars. SMH.
