I have had a consistently negative experience with this rental company since the start of my tenancy 2021. From day one, the apartment was not in acceptable or habitable condition. The unit was delivered with floors in poor condition and has had ongoing pest issues, including a rat infestation and a wasp infestation during the summer months. These issues are a serious health and safety concern. and should never occur in a properly maintained residential property. additionally, there have been repeated and unresolved maintenance problems involving essential services. Hot water availability has been inconsistent, and the heating system is unreliable, frequently fluctuating during the winter months. The office staff communicates well, maintenance responds quickly, and the property is always kept clean and safe. They genuinely care about their tenants, and it shows. I’m very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable place to live.

My new apartment is the best it’s in a better area and a safer neighborhood compared to where i use to live. They have the best apartments and they are such good people they are patient and they will work with you when it comes to finding you the apartment you want. They are an excellent team! We've been clients for 3 years and they have always been there when needed! The maintenance team always responds to our calls when needed, and the quality of their work is excellent! We are extremely happy! We wouldn't switch to another company with such excellent service.

I’ve been renting with GR for 5 yrs and I can’t wait to MOVE for a number of reasons. 1) NOISE : The plumbing is extremely noisy. you can hear every time your neighbors are in the bathroom. Water drip sounds in the walls like there’s a leak. I’ve had 4 leaks in 5 yrs. you HEAR every step, every movement the upstairs makes even the 3rd floor (i’m 1st) The walls vibrate evn. 2) MAINTENANCE: It may look pretty upon signing but once you stay management does not hold up their end of grounds upkeep . you have to hound them with emails and stand watch as the workers clean . if not they do horrible jobs (leaves, grass, moss, trees,backyard) 3) Hot water takes 5mins to heat up no matter the season 4) Rat infestation outside the property (pest control once a month but it doesn’t work clearly) 5)Ren
