280 Park Place Phase 2 Apartments

I have been living here for a year so far going on two I have never had a problem with management but I don’t feel secure in the building I see new and different people every day and security I hardly see them on Saturday or Friday. being that it is a new building I would think that they would like to keep it nice and clean and secure but nope not at all. And at first the place stayed clean hallways where good now the elevator stays with finger prints everywhere and the hallways stay dirty. Just because it’s new doesn’t mean it is...

The worst place to live no heat in the winter and no central air. The air conditioners for the units are not available to buy. The building is a year old and they had to bleed my radiators. The hallways stay dirty and no security only on Friday and Saturday. People ringing my bell all night and knocking on my door. I gave my 30 days notice to move out and did not get all my security deposit. The management is very unprofessional because they give out wrong information. I waited over 30 days for my half of my money to be refunded. I was never late paying my rent. I would not recommend this place to no one. Just because it is new I thought it would be nice to live there.

Idk if anyone know this but this area where this property is now on used to be a hospital. General hospital. So I won’t be surprised there’s hauntings. Such as knocking, loss of power etc
