Lynhurst Park Apartments

If I could give this place a zero I could, but when we first moved in, it was clean it was nice, but my closet was broken and they never came to fix it or they never came to fix my blinds or they didn’t put anything in the refrigerator for the Bars Roaches on the countertop they come out in the night and them kids is loud outside. They be up all night outside until 6 o’clock in the morning. The kids be shooting people I got shot a year ago from one of them kids I recommend not coming to this place. But I absolutely love the place

If it says "call for pricing" on your website, no thank you. I'm not interested in playing your games. That says "not a renter-friendly property" right off the bat. You can easily post the prices or price ranges for each apartment. You lost a potential tenant in me. And I'm sure I'm not alone. You failed.

I’m looking for a 2 Bedroom Pl. to live in this ZIP Code so my daughter can go to Wayne Township schools but y’all reviewed that I had from residence on Google will definitely turn anybody away. Management is horrible and it’s an awful place to live. Is what your review say Damn.

ALERT 🚨 ALWAYS GET A COPY OF ANY AND EVERYTHING YOU DO OR GET FROM THE OFFICE FOR YOUR PROTECTION. THEY WILL LOSE, MESS UP AND PUT THE BLAME ON YOU.. CHARGE YOU FEES BC OF THEIR MESS P TO COVER THEMSELVES.. I moved in a little over a month now and took off for my move in day. Get to the office that morning to sign my lease and nobody’s there. The doors locked. I waited along with 4-5 other cars. I left to go to the bank and came back and was told by others waiting a maintenance man said they’ll be here at 2pm. 2 pm the doors unlock but when we go in we don’t see anyone so we look at each other bc it’s so quiet. Jessica the property manager is a really great person and she helped me even though I didn’t know if id be able to get a place. She was patient and really she made me feel confident and motivated me to go thru the entire process and I ended up being a happy with what I got. EVERYBODY needs to ask for her and let her help you get into your next place
