Lynden Parke Apartments

This apartment complex is a MESS. The trash and garbage builds up inside and outside. Roaches, rodents, and flies infest the apartments and the back parking lot is overrun by raccoons at night because of the trash lying everywhere. There has been a stairwell with urine pooling in it for over a week. It smells terrible. Maintenance requests go unnoticed and the management company severely over works the staff. This summer while they were pushing out former residents with hiked up rent, they were rushing to move people into units that weren’t clean, had no running water…everyone was burnt out and no one got repairs done. I know someone who hasn’t had air conditioning since June because maintenance won’t respond to their requests. The fire alarm is deafeningly loud and goes off for 20-60 m

The Manager is awesome!. Good place to live!. Quiet Area, love the pool table!. Always parking!. Clean!. The Manager Also added Amazon lockers!.

Have only had issues staying here. In 8 months the fire alarm has gone off 3 times once at 230am. There's no communication about the alarms. We have had our mail stolen, and we're included in mass text to lock your car doors because there was a string of thefts the night before. Recently the furnace for the hallway outside our apartment catch fire and hasn't been replaced or looked at in a week. I know this because no one has come back due to the used condom not being moved. It was thrown in front of the furnace sometimes since. Finally in 8 months we only put in one maintenance request due to our washer breaking. We have gotten zero communication from maintenance team or the property manager about this issue that was submitted 30 days ago today! They also seemed to have given up on ground

Advertised as non-smoking, it is not. Smoke permeates the hall and into apartments. Paid extra for a 'renovated' apt that was not fully renovated: bathroom was unchanged, holes in the ceiling, errant holes in the cabinetry, hole in the closet door that constantly came off the tracks, other doors just a mess, wall that needed painting, no microwave for 2 months, dishwasher not properly installed, so many things. General unresponsive management.

This is the worst and most unprofessional property management experience I have ever encountered. I called multiple times and sent numerous emails, even registered an account and completed a background check, yet I never received any response from them. They completely ignored my requests for information regarding the room availability and conditions. This property management is absolutely terrible, and I cannot imagine how dreadful it would be to actually live there. Stay away from this property at all costs!
