Dealing with Maintenance staff: 1. I asked them to call me before coming into my home because I have a puppy. No call. The puppy pad had a small bit of feces on it. They stepped on the feces and tracked it through my home. All they had to do was fold or move the puppy pad while they worked... 2. I have been asking them to fix this dishwasher for a while now. They finally did what needed to be done instead of gaslighting me for months telling me it was fixed when it wasn't. 3.As for the bathroom re-caulk request...SMH. they don't know the difference between caulk and grout. Now my shower has an additional color- not cute. I will say that the office staff is a waaaay better improvement on what was here before. If I were to rate them separate from the maintenance, I would give them a 4 out o

I have a family member that lives here and she has had a fantastic experience living at The Luxia Grand Prairie. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I need. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents—they’ve always been quick to address any maintenance requests or questions. The location is super convenient, close to public transportation, grocery stores, and great restaurants. It’s also surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciate. I love her neighbors are friendly, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience!

I recently moved here, and I can't even begin to express what a positive difference this place has made for me and my family. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Edith, the manager, is incredibly personable and truly amazing, she sets the tone for the whole team. And Veronica? She’s an absolute ray of sunshine! Her upbeat energy and warmth made the entire process feel easy and even fun. They were so patient with all my questions (and there were a lot!), happily showing us different units and garages until we found the perfect fit. I’m currently apartment shopping and came across this community. The apartments themselves are beautiful, but I especially want to acknowledge Tyre, the Assistant Manager. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I haven’t lived in an apartment in over 15 years, so a lot of the process was new to me, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without ever seeming annoyed or rude. His professionalism truly made the experience enjoyable.

Garbage. GUEST parking is no longer guest parking - it's a paid lot now. What kind of of apartment charges GUESTS to park in the guests spots *outside* the gates that protect resident parking? Lame. The company chosen to manage the stupid app that takes payment for their guest parking spots isn't open on the weekends *but will* tow your vehicle and leave you without any contact info.
