Luxe at Las Colinas | 55+ Adult Living

Rebecca at The Luxe Apartments was fantastic. I stopped by this beautiful, well-kept property today and was greeted with a warm smile and truly positive energy. She made the visit welcoming and easy. I highly recommend this community and their amazing staff!

Super maintenance department with fast service once problem is reported. Quiet building which is pleasant & well kept. Responsive administration plus nice activity rooms.

Moved in here late July after they opened their building to adults below the age of 55, and couldn’t be happier with the decision. The few issues I have had were all quickly resolved by Evelyn down in the leasing office. Pretty sure she’s new to the job, but I can definitely see why they hired her. Made an already awesome living situation more of a breeze. Great atmosphere and amenities, responsive staff, 10/10 recommend.

I am pleased to acknowledge and thank Evelyn and Rebecca for allowing me to be part of The Luxe at Las Colinas family. I am truly grateful for the time Evelyn spent with me because it gave me the security and confidence to choose to live there. She has the gift and understanding of understanding adulthood. I hope to continue to have her support in the services and/or activities.

Let me tell you about this amazing property. Very nice and clean. Maintenance is always on time to assist, but more importantly, the Leasing office. They have 2 amazing ladies (Rebecca and Theresa). Rebecca is the Property manager and she is great! Always willing to listen and help the tenants. Theresa is also very helpful. The property is new & with amazing amenities. You guys need to go and check this place out!
