Well to make a long story short. I first must tell you that I've been a resident at these apartments for 8 years. So, naturally I must like the place. I mean the apartments are nice if you ask me but they lack an elevator which they definitely need. Because if you live on the third floor your climbing a total around 40 steps. No, I'm not kidding. Now after all this time I have been diagnosed with serve lung issues, broken back,broken ankle etc. Let's just sum it up as am disabled. So, finally a bottom level apartment opens up and am working on getting that apartment as I speak. I hope that it all goes according to plan. Right now it's so far so good but the funny thing is it's a 2 bedroom that is available and the one thing I do know is there's no way I can afford a two bedroom. I didn't a

I recently moved here and I expected better. My key didn't work when I tried to move in, I waited outside with the movers for over an hour and called the emergency maintenance number yet they never called back nor showed up. I had to move in until Monday when the office opened. The next biggest disappointment is the washer hasn't worked since I moved in. It's going on almost 3 weeks and they haven't fixed it. I wish they had more attention to detail and cared more about the tenants. 2 stars only because the pricing for rent and utilities is not as expensive as other places.

The yr of 2019 was somewhat a struggle making sure T' we're cross and I' we're dotted with signing tenant paper work or having AHA signatures for lease approval. But once moved in, maintance calls were handle right away. Building security was never an issue. Professionals in the office was not a problem. Plus, the curb appeals is always is kept up. In 2020 new management strengthen any weaknesses or communications in general within the office.

I have lived here for more than a year. The units are very nice BUT.... The staff is not very helpful and depending on the issue they may or may not answer the phone or reply to emails. Also their billing practices and policies are questionable, especially for a tax credit property.

Been a horrible experience getting cable set up nobody in the office knows anything.... Had my credit run many of times for a services that you can't get installed...... Many of things they don't let u know when your signing your lease
