Lumen Luxury Apartments

USED TO be very well-kept grounds - Not anymore… The property switched owners a few months ago and up keep has really gone down hill. Management says they will address people leaving garbage outside of their home for days and nothing gets resolved… Really a shame. If you are okay with your neighbors leaving trash outside of their home for days like pictured in this post - then this is the property for you.

Living at the Robert from 2022-2025 has truly been a great experience. The apartment is very spacious, so is the balcony. I loved living here! Having an elevator in my building was super helpful and a great amenity! (i feel like it should be required for all apartments with more than 2 floors to have them but unfortunately i don’t make the rules 🥲). The maintenance crew and leasing office staff are very friendly and kind, always saying hello when i see them around the community. i always felt safe here, even during 3 major hurricanes (Hurricane Ian, Helene, and Milton) the building held up very nicely and power was surprisingly sustained for the most part (selective outages during strong winds that only lasted a few minutes). the only issue i feel like i had here was with residents not pic

Cameron has been so helpful and kind during our move! He’s answered about 150 of my questions promptly and in perfect detail. Our apartment is GORGEOUS! I am obsessed with it. It is very clean and maintained very well. It feels like a vacation everyday! I love how quiet it is here and how dog friendly it is. My experience has been nothing short of incredible :) thanks Cameron and staff!

I lived in this community before it was called Luxem—back then it was known as The Roberts. It used to be a really nice, peaceful place, but now I’m literally counting down the days until my lease is up because it’s become a total disaster. The upstairs neighbors are ridiculously noisy—they stomp around like they each weigh 300 pounds. The management is a complete mess too: trash piles up outside the community, the grills are always filthy and out of gas, and the last time I asked if someone could clean them, one of the managers just told me they “didn’t have time.” If you’re thinking about moving here, DON’T DO IT. Seriously, save your money and look somewhere else.

I'm very disappointed with the support and the maintenance in technical assistance, I've lived in the condominium for almost 2 years, since the direction changed the service is no longer the same, I've been with the air conditioning for 2 months and I can't solve it, I pay my rent every month on the correct date and I feel disrespected. My family and I are going through an absurd heat, which makes me sad that this never happened in the old management, very dissatisfied.
