Lume Luxury Apartments and Townhomes

This beautiful apartment just took over new management. It is wrong to focus on “ prior “ complaints and they do not apply, Now. The LUME is very clean and classy.a quiet peaceful and safe place to live. The train that goes by, is not disturbing. The trucking company was not loud. We are living in a peaceful home here that all our needs are met because the staff really cares about there residents! We have no issues and love The LUME! The townhouses are stunning! We are so happy to have met Michael ( Leasing mage ) He will do anything to make your home, here, very comfortable! Michael has a gift for working with people! We were very impressed with how he treated us, from the onset to the present! This is a warm and cozy home! I love how safe I feel and you will love it too!

We are potential new residents. We felt so at ease when we walked in. The property manager, Michael made us feel very welcome. He was such a great help with the application process. It was very quiet and peaceful for a Saturday afternoon. Beautiful looking buildings. We hope to have one of the townhomes one day. I think our time here will be enjoyed immensely. Based off our initial experience with Michael, we can't wait to spend years here.

This apartment complex is a major letdown, especially considering it's marketed as "luxury." From the beginning, management has been disorganized and largely unresponsive. Communication is slow, if it happens at all. There is little accountability, and tenants are often left to deal with issues on their own. The construction quality is awful. You can hear just about everything through the walls. The floors feel like bare concrete. The finishes might look modern, but they don’t make up for the lack of soundproofing or quality. Security is another major concern. I’ve experienced multiple instances of package theft, with little to no follow up from management. The building advertises security cameras and a secure package room, but in reality, most delivery drivers don’t have access to it.

Every aspect of living at Lume is what we hoped for in our apartment. It’s a small complex, simple and nicely finished with everything you need. The maintenance team is also fantastic, Steve and Al were diligent and professional when they made a repair in our apartment. They respected our space, very kind do our dog, and did the job flawlessly. The Lume team proactively works to improve our quality of life, sending out surveys with things residents may want to see in our community. They value residents opinions and promptly respond to any requests or feedback. Lume is a great place to live that I would recommend to anyone.

We have been at Lume for over a year now and we absolutely love it! There were challenges with the previous property management company, but now that Bria has taken over, they have gone above and beyond. We are so grateful to Deidre, Steve, Al, and the entire Bria team. They have made numerous improvements since taking over a couple of months ago. Deidre is constantly on top of things, always working hard to make this a great community. Steve & Al have been fantastic with all maintenance requests, getting the job done quickly, keeping us updated, and are always so friendly! We love our apartment and the amenities that Lume offers. We highly recommend Lume!
