CCM Rentals

I just moved in to CCM rentals and it’s only been 2 weeks and let me tell you; Taylor is helpful and an amazing person, she greeted me and met me in person when she showed me an apartment. She did my apartment application so quick that I was shocked and I was able to officially moved in by 2/1. Whenever I have a question she’s the best person to go to, because she works with you and she’s a very understandable person. Also, CCM Rentals are pet friendly and Mike the maintenance is the best; Him and Taylor took good care of me today when I had an issue with the stove and refrigerator.

Ive lived in a ccm rental for a few years with my mother and her husband while I went to school. Brought my husband over from Australia and we were comphy cozy in that apartment so when we moved out we stuck with CCM and moved into an apartment in the same complex. Now I live feet away from my mother and my husband and I couldnt be happier. Maintenance is quick to respond and very polite, good laughs too. The manager Taylor is genuinely one of the nicest people ive ever met. She came to show me one of the rentals the same day I asked about them! The apartment that I live in is quiet and peaceful neighbors are lovely and the walls are pretty thick so I dont hear much of the outside world with the windows closed! Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on many projects for CCM rentals from roof replacements to deck replacements interior work. I’ve always been a very pleased with their Level of communication and professionalism. I’ve worked with other companies similar, but CCM rentals is by far the best in my opinion. In all my experiences, they have shown that they truly care about their properties and their tenants myself and my company WiseGuard Roofing looks forward to more projects with them in the future.

I have lived here for two months now and it has been the most refreshing experience dealing with this company. Ive always had crappy maintenance guys or other tenants who would do the work never a company. I felt like a pain when I moved in, because I had so many maintenance requests. This was not the case, Taylor made me feel so welcome and heard and she got everything fixed immediately. She has been extremely transparent and is always keeping me in the loop with anything that is happening with my unit in a timely manner as well! They are continuing to fix my unit and it really has been a great experience thus far! Highly recommend.

They are awesome, I was 9 months pregnant and they were able to find me an apartment before my baby was due. They actually went above and beyond to find me something that was affordable. Definitely highly recommended them!!
