Jennifer made an instant impact on us, she is professional, knowledgeable and insightful and I felt a connection with her from the moment we met. During the two weeks our home stayed on market, she was an invaluable guide and had an answer for all my questions from taking wonderful pictures of our home to obtaining a lawyer. I especially appreciated her visit to say goodbye to us the morning of the day we closed and left for our new home. She has become a lifelong friend since we moved from MA to another state. Worst experience with Jennifer! Either no response or a run around. I don't want to have to chase someone down to give her business! Would not recommend at all. Helping you find a home doesn't seem to be important to her.

We got to use Jennifer on two occassions, first the sale of our prior home and then the purchase of our new home. She did an excellent job on both. Jennifer perfectly marketed our prior home, which led us to receive almost a dozen offers, all over asking price. She negotiated the perfect contract that allowed us to stay in our home until our new home was finished building. On the purchase of our new construction home she worked with the builders to incorporate our design requests. With her help, we stayed exactly on schedule, which was critical because the sale and purchase lined up perfectly to allow us time to move. Additionally, she is very well connected in the Wilmington MA area. I highly recommend.
