Luma Apartments

I’ve lived at Luma Apartments since July 2019, and it has truly felt like home. The staff is what makes the biggest difference. Leighana and Megan are always helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. And Eli is amazing. He is reliable, responsive, and genuinely cares about taking care of the place and the people who live here. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property has been well maintained over the years. It is rare to find an apartment community where the staff knows you and treats you with respect. If you are looking for a place that feels welcoming and well managed, I would definitely recommend Luma.

You need more stars for the two outstanding ladys who take care of Luma apartments, especially Leigana( do not know if I spelled it correctly) who really went out of here way to qualify me and help me with everything I needed to do and learn. This project is very lucky to have these ladys and I am honored to know them. Everything so far is very nice and also very quiet in the evenings. The residents have been very good and pleasant about the whole place. I am very fortunate to be accepted at the Luma apartments especially with the ladys that take a special interests in helping everyone!

I was walking my dog, we where walking on the other side of complex and Wags was ahead and somehow I fell, broke my glasses and was hurt, some nice women residents where asking if I was okay I was still on the cement then Meggan F. was there, she works in Luma Apartments Office, we had met before, she got me up and slowly walked me and Wags to my apartment but she would not leave me until somebody came to be with me so we agreed to get the paramedics to my apartment to check my face and me out. Meggan’s Son had a sporting event that evening, which she missed. I’m 71 years old and my glasses had cut my eyebrow and it was bleeding, also I hurt my ribs, so I could hardly walk, first Thank you to Residents whom tried to help me and second Thank you to Meggan, whom stayed with me and helped my

I went to Luma to get some info and prices for an apartment for my daughter and Taylor was so awesome and helpful!! I left feeling good about the community and the management!

I toured these apartments recently and Megan and Leanna were so helpful and made us feel super welcome. We couldn’t rent due to looking way too far in advance but am coming back once we can!
