Lullwater at Riverwood

I absolutely loved my experience here! I recently bought a house and moved out but I loved living here. The manager is awesome and the leasing agents are dolls. The landscape is amazing here. I have lived in tons of apartment complexes and this one tops all of them!

Any establishment that has staff members — including the courtesy officer — writing “positive” reviews about the property should tell you all you need to know about this place. (For example, Michael left two five-star reviews. Why?) It’s incredibly concerning to see employees inflating ratings rather than addressing residents’ concerns. If you enjoy the smell of dog waste in the morning, being repeatedly asked for the same documents you’ve already sent multiple times, and dealing with an office that constantly loses information without taking accountability — this is the place for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Ansley Apartments are far better maintained, with professional staff who actually know what they’re doing. My experience has been nothing but pleasant. The community is nice, quiet, and in my opinion a great value for the amenities they offer. Remotely away from the hustle and bustle of Evans . This would be a great place for anyone to stay, single, married, with kids or without.

Please whatever you do keep driving right pass this complex. I have been here for about a year now and it is my biggest regret. The place is over priced and under maintained. My stairwell and apartment is full of roaches.  I can deal with a lot but roaches is a big deal breaker. I have asked a few of my neighbors in passing and they are having the same issues with roaches.

The apartment is very nice but I have requested my a/c be fixed a week ago and no one has fixed it and no further communication as to what’s taking so long. I’ve stayed at much cheaper places that would have a maintenance guy there within a hour or less for A/C work, my electric bill will be ridiculous from trying to cool my apartment, and it’s in the winter time thank goodness it’s not July. It’s another month gone by and still not fixed it’s currently froze up from lack of Freon but they say they will fix it correctly tomorrow it’s now 3/6/23 and this started on 1/28/23 so it’s the next day at 12pm and still no one here fixing the a/c as promised yesterday by maintenance this is a joke is 79 degrees in here and rising.
